Each coated tablet provides 500mg of turmeric root extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids, equivalent to 20,000mg of turmeric spice and delivering 475mg of curcuminoids per daily dose. The high standardisation means a single tablet does the work of a large amount of culinary turmeric. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, the formula was developed with men aged 18 and over and women aged 50 and over in mind. Take one tablet daily.
