Prunus tomentosa – Nanking Cherry -12″-16″

Description Nanking Cherry – Prunus tomentosa We can only grow this plant for about 5-7 years before it begins to die back..but what a great 5-7 years indeed! The flowers are phenomenal as are the sour-cherry-like fruits. Ultimately it’s a Prunus which doesn’t do great at the arboretum.
